Summary: In search of an Operations Leader with specialization in managing manufacturing teams and overseeing business operations.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience supervising hourly employees
Experience utilizing business systems and tools that aid in managing labor and processes
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in production/manufacturing/operations or similar environment
Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools
Familiarity with Oracle, Autotime, Power BI tools
Six-Sigma Certificate (Green or Black Belt) Lean Manufacturing Certificate
Associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate business or technical field and four (4) years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
- Managing high reliability electronic manufacturing teams
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring Operations performance against business requirements through the execution of day to day operations by leading manufacturing hourly workforce
Being the first level of elevation for the team
Responsible for product flow to meet and exceed both internal and external customer needs
Owning and taking pride in being a "People Manager" to best capitalize on untapped potential of team members so that both the team and business can be successful
Ensuring that all employees are working safely, according to work instructions, challenging the team in order to continue to grow individually and as a team.
